Naifaru Juvenile sponsors a Youth counsellor in collaboration with the National Narcotics Control Bureau and the Society for Health Education. The aim is to give Naifaru Juvenile a better tool in our community’s fight against drug abuse and drug-related crime.

The newly trained counsellor, Aishath Sodeeqa, has come back from Male’ where the one-year training programme was conducted to assist in our community’s outpatient treatment and rehabilitation programme. The main people she will be involved with are, parents, drug addicts and misbehaving youth.
